Last updated: August 24, 2026. FeedSnapshot audits Shopify product-data signals and public ecommerce webpage signals. Shopify installs use read-only product access and do not edit stores.

Operator: TERRABUY S.R.L., Strada Ioan Slavici nr. 51, locuinta C1, parter, camera 1, Tunari, Ilfov, Romania.

Information We Process

When you install the Shopify app, the app may process your shop domain, read-only product catalog fields, product titles, descriptions, variants, images, vendor, product type, SEO fields, and generated audit results. When you use the standalone scanner, the app processes the public URL you submit and fetches public page content where allowed. When you submit an install-interest, agency partner, or checklist form, the app stores the email address and source of that request so we can follow up on the requested launch notes or checklist. The Shopify app may also store limited product-usage events such as scan completion or failure, report export, upgrade intent, billing-flow start, and review-prompt dismissal. These events are associated with the shop domain and do not contain Shopify customer, order, or payment-card data.

How Reports Are Stored

Standalone paid reports may be stored behind secure access-token links so customers can reopen, export, or delete them. Shopify scan history is attached to the installed shop so merchants can reopen paid results, export worklists, and compare verification scans. Shopify history is deleted on uninstall or shop-redact, and can be removed earlier after a verified support request. Do not share standalone report links with people who should not view the report.

What We Do Not Collect

The Shopify app does not request order data, customer profile data, payment card data, or write/edit permissions in v1. Standalone payment details are handled by Stripe. Shopify App Store purchases are handled by Shopify billing.

How Information Is Used

Submitted information is used to generate automated reports, exports, support responses, and, where explicitly enabled, monitoring history or report emails. Captured lead emails may be exported by the operator through a protected internal CSV endpoint for approved follow-up only.

Email Consent And Business Updates

When you voluntarily join a checklist, launch-note, or agency-partner list, we rely on your affirmative consent to send the requested resource and occasional FeedSnapshot product updates. Each capture records the source, consent status, and capture time. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting support. We do not buy contact lists or send automated bulk marketing to publicly collected addresses.

Marketing contact data is removed after 24 months without a relevant interaction unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is legally required. A minimal suppression record may be retained so an objection or unsubscribe request is respected. Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional messages required to deliver an audit, manage billing, or answer a support request.

Service Providers

The app is designed to use Shopify for App Store billing, Supabase for report and installation storage, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting and scheduled monitoring, and Stripe only for standalone off-App-Store purchases.

Shopify Privacy Webhooks

The app includes endpoints for Shopify app uninstall, customer data request, customer redact, and shop redact webhooks. In v1, the app does not store Shopify customer profile data. Uninstall and shop redact delete the Shopify installation and its linked scan jobs, findings, snapshots, product-usage events, and email records. Free product-level scan data expires after 24 hours; paid report history is retained only while the app remains installed.

Export And Deletion

Standalone paid report links include a Markdown export and a report-data deletion control. Shopify paid scans include Markdown and CSV exports; their stored history is removed on uninstall, shop-redact, or a verified support request. Payment and billing records may remain in Shopify, Stripe, and operational records where required for tax, fraud prevention, refunds, and support.
