Refund Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026. This policy explains when a customer can request a refund for AI Commerce Feed Snapshot reports and monitoring.

One-Time Reports

If a paid report does not generate or is materially unusable because of an app error, the customer may request a refund within seven days of purchase.

Bulk Reports And Monitoring

Bulk Fix Pack reports are eligible for refund if the report fails to process the submitted Shopify products, URLs, or CSV data. Shopify App Store subscriptions are managed through Shopify billing. Standalone Stripe subscriptions can be cancelled through Stripe Customer Portal when that channel is active.

Monitoring refund requests are reviewed when recurring scans or alert delivery fail because of an app error and the issue cannot be restored in a reasonable support window. Cancellation and renewal handling follow the active billing provider.

What To Include

Refund requests should include the Shopify shop domain or checkout email, plan purchased, approximate purchase or approval time, report link if available, and a short explanation of what failed. Do not send passwords, API tokens, private customer data, or payment card details.

No Outcome Guarantee

Refunds are not based on AI rankings, traffic, sales, or third-party platform outcomes. The service does not guarantee those results.

Refunds are also not automatic because a customer chooses not to apply the recommended fixes or expected the app to edit products automatically despite the read-only product copy.
