Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026. By using FeedSnapshot, you agree that audits are informational and based on Shopify product-data signals, public-page signals, or user-provided product data.

No Ranking Guarantee

We do not guarantee rankings, inclusion in AI answers, citations, traffic, conversions, or revenue. The service is intended to improve product-page clarity, feed readiness, structure, and public product data quality.

Read-Only Shopify Access

Shopify installs use read-only product access in v1. The app does not automatically edit products, themes, orders, customers, checkout, or payments.

Automated Reports

Paid reports are generated from Shopify product data, public URLs, and user-provided CSV data. The app does not automatically edit Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or custom ecommerce stores.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming that any recommendations are accurate for your products, policies, warranties, claims, shipping terms, and regulated categories before publishing changes to your store.

Billing And Subscriptions

Shopify App Store installs are billed through Shopify App Pricing or Shopify billing. Standalone reports may be charged through Stripe checkout when that sales channel is enabled.

Report Retention And Uninstall

Free product-level scan data expires after 24 hours. Paid Shopify report history remains available while the app is installed. Uninstalling the app deletes the installation and its linked scans, findings, and report history, so export any worklist you need before uninstalling.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Refunds are not based on rankings, AI answer inclusion, traffic, sales, revenue, or third-party platform outcomes.
