Support covers access issues, failed report generation, exports, refunds, and scan questions. The app never needs store admin passwords, payment card numbers, or private customer data.
What to include
Report link not working
Send the Shopify shop domain or checkout email and report URL. Do not send passwords or store admin links.
Billing, refund, or paid access question
Include the Shopify shop domain, plan selected, approximate approval time, and a screenshot of Shopify's approval screen. Do not retry payment repeatedly.
Blocked or incorrect URL result
Send the public product URL and what looked wrong in the report.
Scan question
Include the store domain, approximate scan time, and a screenshot of the unexpected result.
Safe support boundaries
Please do not send store admin credentials, private admin links, payment card details, customer records, order exports, or private analytics. The product audits public pages and user-provided CSV product data only.

Launch response targets
Paid access problems are treated as the highest priority during launch. General scan questions and feature requests are handled after report, export, billing, and paid-access issues.
If Shopify shows an approved charge but the app still shows free, wait one minute, rescan, then send the paid access support checklist details. Do not send passwords, API tokens, private customer data, or card details.
Refund requests are reviewed against the refund policy and Shopify billing record. The app does not refund because third-party rankings, AI answers, traffic, or revenue did not change.
